1. What areas do you deliver to?
We proudly serve the North Shore of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure whether you're in our delivery zone, feel free to contact us and we’ll confirm availability.
2. Do you offer design and setup, or is it just drop-off?
We offer both! Each Porch Pumpkin Package includes the option for front porch drop-off (DIY) or full design and setup by our Pumpkin Concierge for an additional fee. You choose what works best for you.
3. What’s included in a typical pumpkin package?
Our packages vary by size but typically include a mix of jack-o-lantern pumpkins, white ghost pumpkins, specialty pumpkins, pie pumpkins, hay bales, and ornamental gourds. All items are hand-selected for quality and seasonal charm.
4. How long will my pumpkin display last?
Our pumpkins are fresh and chosen for longevity. With mild fall temperatures and shade, displays can last 4–8 weeks or longer. We recommend keeping them out of direct sun.
5. Do you offer fall displays for businesses or storefronts?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom fall decor for commercial spaces, including lobbies, salons, boutiques, offices, and restaurants. Each business display is tailored to your entry size and brand aesthetic.
6. How do we dispose of displays?
We offer pickup before and after Thanksgiving, and all the items are composted. There is an additional charge that is added on when you order a package. You can also compost your display whenever you like.
